Lisa Topham, RN, BSN, board certified plastic surgical nurse, brings 30 years of experience specializing in facial fillers and other non-surgical procedures. Lisa was the first nurse trained in collagen injections in Connecticut in 1985.


She is an expert in all types of skin care rejuvenation, including Bellafill, Juvederm, Juvederm Ultra Plus, Restylane, Perlane, and Restylane Silk, Sculptra, Radiesse, Botox and Dysport. She is one of only 2 Registered Nurses in Fairfield County who have been chosen by Allergen for their prestigious designation as an ACE Certified Speaker and Trainer. Only those who have shown the highest level of expertise and have demonstrated a true understanding of facial anatomy and muscle groups are even considered for this program. Being an Allergan Ace Injector means she is in the country’s top 1.5% for patient retention.

    Because of her commitment she has achieved the title of National Bellafill Injector Trainer. “I am so excited about Bellafill. I can offer my clients the longest acting filler on the market today. It has the potential to last 5 years. I love what I do and am passionate about my patients’ satisfaction, so staying on the forefront and becoming not only an expert but also a trainer is paramount to me.” As a result Lisa is highly respected in the industry and has a loyal client base. She conducts seminars on new products and treatments and continually improves her practice by offering the latest treatments for enhanced skin and body rejuvenation.


    In addition to Bellafill Lisa is certified in Botox, Dysport, Restylane/Perlane, Restylane Silk, Juvederm, Voluma, Ulthera, Exilis Elite, Sciton Laser platform, BBL Laser Hair removal, Profractional, and Erbium resurfacing. “It is important to me that each and every client leaves here feeling better about themselves, more confident and happier.” 


    Recognizing that surgery is the gold standard, Lisa will frequently refer patients in that direction when appropriate. “As a practitioner, we have to recognize that some patients want improvements that will not give a 100% result but prefer the 70% improvement from non-surgical procedures instead. In 2008, cosmetic surgery dropped 70% and non-surgical procedures increased 300%. Trends are not changing.”


    Lisa is a Member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgical Nurses, Inc. and received her BSN from the University of Bridgeport.

    He earned his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Quinnipiac University in 2022, following a robust clinical and academic training program. Christopher is nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Capella University, which he completed after obtaining his Associate Degree in Nursing from Gateway Community College in 2018.


    With a foundation built on acute care, Christopher has diverse clinical experience, including serving on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic in the Emergency Department at MidState Medical Center. His work in emergency medicine and cardiology equipped him with a unique skill set that extends to a broader range of specialties.


    Beyond his clinical training, Christopher’s passion for dermatology and aesthetics has driven him to pursue specialized education in the field. He completed a comprehensive six-month dermatology fellowship, gaining proficiency in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. He further honed his aesthetic expertise through advanced training in neuromodulators and dermal fillers during his graduate studies.


    In 2025, Christopher joined Lisa Topham, RN, LLC, where he applies his expertise to help patients achieve natural-looking, healthy results. With an eye for detail and a commitment to individualized care, he empowers individuals to look and feel their best while guiding them on their aesthetic journeys.
