WHAT ARE PDO Max threads?

PDO Max threads provide exceptional tensile strength that makes the threads easier to insert and provide the tissue approximation needed to achieve the patient's desired aesthetic results.

A PDO thread lift is a minimally invasive procedure that helps tighten a person’s skin. Without the need for big incisions, unlike most facelift procedures, PDO thread lifting uses small needles to insert fine threads under the skin. These PDO threads are especially designed to anchor the sagging skin and lift it upwards. The threads also stimulate collagen production, which further diminishes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.*

Non invasive thread lift procedures are increasing exponentially in popularity, as they represent an excellent nonoperative method of reducing wrinkles and helping individuals look younger without the risks of an invasive surgery.

The thread lift procedures are not only extremely popular for facial rejuvenation, but also being used for neck, knee, arm, abdomen and buttock lift procedures as well. The combination of smooth and barbed threads allow for sufficient new collagen and elastin formation for long lasting results.*

Absolutely the best!!!! Lisa Topham is THE nurse with the skills!!!! She’s such a gentle magician. I go to her often and have only fabulous things to say about the miracles she works on my face. I won’t let anyone else touch me because she’s that great.

Nose Thread Lift

The nose can also be augmented non-surgically using polydioxanone (PDO) threads that are 100% bio-compatible and absorbable by our bodies. Fine threads are inserted along the nasal bridge to elevate the nose bridge and the septum giving projection to the nose.

A noninvasive treatment for:

  • Nose that is slightly off center.

  • Nose with ill-defined bridge.

  • Nose with poor nose tip angle.

  • Wide nose.

More different types of threads:

  1. Smuth S threads are smooth PDO threads that are great for filling and tightening loaded in a sharp cannula.

  2. Levo threads are barbed threads that come loaded in a blunt cannula. PDO Max barbed threads give maximum hold.

  3. Smuth B threads are smooth threads great for filling and tightening. These are great for under the eyes, right up to the lash line.

  4. Multi Thread contain 7 smooth threads loaded into one cannula to treat deep lines and areas with significant volume loss.
